Physicians in training: Free
All others: Until Sept 14: $50, after Sept 14: $70

Registration is handled through North Shore LIJ's CME registration system. Please note 2 things regarding required fields:

• If you don't find an entry which applies to you in a required field such as Institution, select Other at the top of the list and write in your own entry.
• If you have no entry for a required field, such as Credentials, you still must enter something by selecting Other at the top of the list and entering the word none. It will not let you proceed without entering something.
